One factory. One flow. Brass scrap and ingots enter our foundry — and exit as rods, die-cast parts, or fully machined OEM components. Buy where you need to plug in.
Brass scrap and ingots come in. Finished parts ship out. Everything in between — melting, extrusion, die casting, machining, finishing — happens under one roof, controlled by one team.
Most brass suppliers handle one or two stages. We handle every stage. Brass scrap and ingots enter our Jamnagar facility. From there, it is our call — not a vendor’s — what alloy we pour, how it gets formed, how tightly it is machined, how it is finished and packed.
That is why we can give you the same batch of metal as rods, die-cast parts, or finished OEM components. Same foundry heat. Same metallurgical control. Same team accountable from start to finish. 25+ years of building this chain.
For customers who do their own downstream machining. We extrude in-house, in all standard cross-sections — round, hex, hollow, profiles — across the full range of brass alloy grades. 450 MT press capacity, consistent metallurgy, shipped as bundles.
For OEM customers who want the finished part in hand. Machined, finished, plated, tested, and packed to your specifications — all from the same brass that was molten in our foundry this morning. Tooling, process planning, and volume production, handled in-house.

The flow runs on real equipment. 3 high-capacity furnaces feed a 450 MT horizontal extrusion press. A die casting line runs in parallel. Beyond that sit our forging bay, CNC and SPM machining cells, plating line, and assembly and packing floors — every stage of the chain, on one site.
The same alloy library feeds everything — rods, die castings, finished components. Each grade is formulated for peak performance in specific applications, and we pour all of them ourselves.
High lead content for superior machinability, minimal tool wear, and excellent surface finish. Ideal for CNC and automatic screw machines.
Excellent hot workability and strength. Perfect for valve bodies, fittings, and engineering components demanding structural integrity.
Tin-enhanced for superior corrosion resistance in marine environments. Trusted for marine hardware and propeller components.
RoHS and REACH compliant. Bismuth or silicon-substituted for global environmental compliance without sacrificing performance.
Specially formulated to resist dezincification in aggressive environments — water supply, plumbing, and potable water fittings.
Balanced lead content for good machinability and mechanical properties — a versatile workhorse for wide industrial applications.
The flow above is the short version. Here is every stage spelled out — from verifying the melt on arrival through to the truck leaving our loading bay. All ten happen under one roof, run by one team.
A clear, repeatable path from your drawing to dispatch — designed for long-term OEM partnerships, not one-off orders.
Our rods and finished components are the raw material and the specified parts behind thousands of applications across India's most demanding industries. From a furnace heat to a packed OEM shipment — we serve the full chain.
At Unity Metals, quality is not a department — it is a discipline that runs through every step of our manufacturing process.
Whether you need a rod supply contract, finished components built to your drawing, or just want to understand our capabilities better — we are happy to talk. Reach out via the form or contact us directly.
